Shipping and delivery

All items are in stock and ready to ship. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days.

Transport within the European Union takes an average of 2–4 business days after dispatch. We currently deliver only to addresses in European Union member states.

Dispatch and transport are separate stages. Delivery within the EU, including furniture, is free. The available method and full total are shown before you order. Check the product dimensions and access to the delivery address for larger items. If delivery is delayed, damaged or missing, contact the seller; photographs and packaging can help but are not conditions for statutory rights. Risk passes to you on physical receipt, except where you independently commission a carrier not offered by us.

Unless another delivery time was agreed, delivery must occur without undue delay and within 30 days. If the agreed deadline is missed, you may give an appropriate additional period and terminate if delivery still does not occur; the law permits immediate termination in specified circumstances, including an essential deadline or refusal to deliver.
